These glasses are a lovely design and not bottom heavy like others I’ve bought in the past. They hold a generous amount of liquid soyou get a good sized drink. They wash well in the dishwasher too. Very pleased with the quality and price of the product.

Bought these since glassware we had was aged and looked tired, and chipped in a couple of cases. These have proven a hit with the couple of guests we have been allowed to have over. Feel sturdy. Have put through dishwasher a few times. The hi-balls do feel a little precarious placing in the washer, due to the narrow top and wider bottom - that is what makes them more stable in use - and so require a little more thought on loading in. Otherwise no issues.Also need to commend the customer service from Rinkit. I received the wrong style tumblers. After a coupe of emails, and one picture sent to verify the error, Rinkit sent correct replacement, and told me to keep the incorrect ones sent the first time. Excellent customer service and a nice donation to the local hospice charity shop.

Excellent price for lovely glasses. One glass unfortunately arrived broken (despite being well packaged). I contacted the seller who replied immediately, and the very next day a replacement arrived at our door - very impressive!

Non seulement il m'a dédommagé mais en plus, il m'a renvoyé un lot de 6 petit verres. Un exemple !!pour ne rien gâcher ils sont tres jolis, design à souhait

Avec uen grande famille et beaucoup d'enfants, les verres sont très sollicités, je suis agrablement surpris de la qualité du verre, surtout qu'ils passent tous au leve vaisselle qui fait souvent de gros dégats, donc je dirais que du bonheur

Bon ensemble à petit prix. C'est pas des verres de hautes qualités, mais pour le prix c'est nickel!Un verre sur douze (plus 18 coupe de la même compagnie, donc 30 au total) et seulement un été ébréché.La compagnie a très rapidement envoyé un verre en remplacement, sans charge!Great customer service, thank you!
