This is basically exactly how it's described on Bolo. The pills are these very tiny capsules that are mostly filled with alfalfa, so they smell and taste a little bit like alfalfa. I've included some pictures here for those interested that show the actual size comparison with a normal capsule. the white capsule that these are being compared to is a magnesium glycinate capsule that I would say is the typical size he would find with most supplements.

A quality product due to lack of artificial fillers.In these times of Covid 19, it's essential to be taking Vitamin D3, there a strong correlations that show it reduces the chances of severe symptoms if you are unlucky enough to become infected from this awful disease, due to it helping regulate the immune system so it does not overreact and cause a cytokine storm.
