Excellent support. But bulky when worn :/ (I have very narrow feet. ) — can’t really put a sock over it - looks silly. Just have to wear over socks or hide it in high top shoes but still one ankle/foot will look bigger than the other but with a still swollen ankle this won’t be a problem you’d consider, but for my needs I needed something thinner that does the same job, as I’m at a much later stage of recovery. - but that (thin that does the same job) is hard to find, or too expensive.But at the earlier stages of recovery from twisted ankle this would be excellent.I had a twisted ankle more than 6 months ago and it healed very slowly as it was a weak ankle anyway after having twisted it multiple times over the years and it’s been painful now for a long time after this last time & kept going out again and again even to the slightest wrong moves. So I thought I’d try this ankle brace and it works well. Gives very good support.

I've had this support a few months and have worn it on and off when my ankle is causing me most pain. My ankle has internal scar tissue that impinges and causes swelling, particularly after after walking on uneven ground - even wearing walking boots. When it gets bad, sitting for long periods (for my job), causes swelling that exacerbates the pain.At the suggestion of a consultant I tried a number of supports, including lace-up ones, but the others I tried just made the pain worse when walking. This ankle support provides enough compression and a moderate amount of support which does seem to help keep the swelling down. It's comfortable enough to wear for long periods and not so bulky that it can't be worn inside boots or shoes. It's got no rigid lateral inserts, so is not going to prevent ankle inversion, but it's not claiming to be that type of support. For that, something like an Aircast A60 or Thuasne Malleo Dynastab (neither of which I've tried) would be more suitable).As for longevity, at some point it will need replacing, but that's just the nature of the contruction - there's only so much wear that stitched fabric tensioned by elastic straps can take. It seems to be well made with reasonable materials, and at this price point offers good value for money. You could easily pay the same (around £10) for a slip-on neoprene support with no adjustment.Everyone's ankle (and injury) is different so what suits me might not suit you, but overall, I'm pretty pleased with this.

This ankle brace provides decent support for everyday walking, which is its main positive. It feels stable and gives a comforting compression during regular movement. However, I found it quite bulky to wear with shoes, making it difficult to get a proper fit. It also felt restrictive when I tried to use it for sports or more dynamic exercises, as it doesn't allow for a completely natural range of motion. It's an okay product if you need light support for walking, but not ideal if you plan to be very active or need to wear it with certain footwear.

Why did you choose this product over others?:Ordered this as I went over on my ankle. This support was easy to wear and rather comfortable. It gave correct pressure ro my ankle to support with the swelling. I was able to put more pressure on my foot too! Definitely recommend.

I purchased this to provide support whilst swimming for a stable fractured foot. I was told to wear the boot the hospital provided for comfort but that it was optional due to the fracture being stable. It enabled me to swim very shortly after the break with comfort, and I now use it if my foot becomes sore or swollen for comfort now that the fracture has largely healed. It’s aided my recovery brilliantly and enabled me to keep swimming!

一カ月前から起床時の最初の一歩で踵に激痛が。我慢出来なくなり、かかりつけの医師へ。足底筋膜炎との事。痛み止めの薬を処方されるも、痛みは治るどころか益々酷くなるばかり。そんな時「そう言えば過去に足首痛めた時にサポーターしてたなぁ」とアマゾンを物色。サポート効果はなかなかのモノ。価格的にもデザイン的にも良いと思います。ただかなりかさばるので、靴は大きめを履くか靴下を履くのを止めるかしないとですね。

Good product. My 5th metatarsal was broken in 2018 and I get pain on and off. I feel better when wear this. No itching.

Guter Halt beim Wassersport, auch am Strand!
Durch die Befestigung über Fußfessel und Fußspann mittels insgesamt drei Klettbändern ergibt sich ein guter Halt. Beim Surfen passt es auch unter den Neoprenschuh. Top!Nachtrag 09/2023Die Bandagen haben nun über 50 Einsätze mit je ca. 4 Stunden hinter sich: Laufen, Nässe, UV, Wasser, Sand (!) und sind nun anwendungsgemäß etwas verschlissen und ausgeleiert, aber geben trotzdem noch gut halt. Die Innenseiten habe ich unterdessen mit einer stabilisiert (mit einer eingeklebten Lage Neopren). Für die kommende Saison werde ich wieder neue Bandagen bestellen.Fazit: Die Bandage gibt guten Halt, insbesondere auch bei Stößen oder wenn das Gelenk gestaucht oder überstreckt wird (Umknicken). Mein Fußgelenk ist nach ca. 1/2 Jahr schmerzfrei.Ich trage die Bandagen nun bei der Sportausübung weiter, da sie nicht nur stabilisieren, sondern auch Schutz bei Umknicken und Stößen bieten. Das hat bei mir einige Male Schlimmere Folgen verhindert: Übersehene Sandkuhlen, Kaninchenlöcher, Ausrutschen auf der Wiese, Stolpern beim Rückwärtsgehen ...

Tuve una fractura de tobillo y el medico me recomendó usar una tobillera con soporte. La verdad ha sido de gran utilidad. Autoajustable, actualmente lo uso diario, aun no se por cuanto tiempo más, sin queja alguna.
