It's very conductive when smeared over exercise pads connected to Tens machines.An ideal substitute for people who are still using non adhesive pads on their machine. It works well for transmitting pain relief or muscle stimulation. I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's an absolute bargain at the price.

It is a good price and in easy to use packages. A little goes a long way. Just wipes off with a piece of kitchen roll. Gave my lower legs and feet a much better workout than using nothing.
