This is the third time I’ve ordered FISIOCREM as it is like a miracle cure for aches, pains and strains. I have already recommended it to numerous friends who, equally, have bought it and been surprised at how good it is. Works every time!!

Originally purchased this item in Spain, great to be able to purchase this on Bolo. Fisiocrem is excellent for relieving muscle pain and back pain etc. Found it better than some branded ibuprofen gels.

So I have a recurring muscle spasm and pinched nerve which causes huge amount of pain from the neck down to the shoulder and into the fingers. This is due to contact sports I do. Standard painillers that are anti-inflamatory offer zero relief because they only target the muscles. The muscles themselves dont relax and therefore the nerve remains pinched by the spinal column which causes a huge amount of pain. This little miracle of a cream and with its combination of herbal remedies are ideal in relaxing the muscle and also reduce pain due to the pinched nerve. Using this has helped massively to start the healing process. And once the muscles relax. The nerve is released. The pain stops and then you are ready to rebuild the muscle so that you dont get injured again. Outside of this you will need to rely on ice packs and hot pads. And top up with laser treatment and an expensive physio to gently move the muscle around and release the tension. On top of that it smells quite refreshing and doesnt stain white clothes. Ideally used 2-3 times a day. Getting a good massage from your partner for about 5 minutes as you put this on. Will help massively to reduce the pain by a large extent. When I told my physio that I was using this. She was shocked because she used to use it in the past and had completely forgotten about it.

Have been using this cream now for few weeks and does give relieve from muscle pain. When you initially put on, it feels a bit like holding ice pack on, which is the whole idea I'm presuming. Would recommend you try if suffering from muscle pain. Im just about to order another.

Have had knee joint pains since January. Have good physio exercises but still a niggling pain on trying to stand up. This cream is like magic and relieves the pain almost instantly. Use 3 times a day. Highly recommend.

Buena crema y gran formato
Que decir de esta crema que no se haya dicho ya...Muy buena crema , eficaz en los masajes tanto de precalentamiento para evitar lesiones como para después recuperar el músculo y tonificar .Es un tamaño bastante adecuado para los que hacemos masajes , me gusta el efecto y la sensación al masajear , ya que se prolonga el deslizamiento más que en otras cremas y eso es de agradecer.También tiene y deja un olor agradable .En general la uso bastante, tanto para uso deportivo, como relajante y por supuesto para uso terapéutico para descontracturar las zonas afectadas .Es una crema que no me puede faltar .
