Good quality and a monster of a resistance band. It will test your grip and if you use it for hip hinges or deadlifts you’ll be in a shock. It’s HEAVY.Packs down to a manageable size if you want to pack it in a bag.

I found that during locked down that this particular piece of fitness equipment has been extremely useful not only to help my fiancé who is currently going through rehab and has to do leg stretch exercises daily but also myself who are doing more bodyweight exercises in the garden.This is extremely useful when trying to do things like pull-ups and you're trying to push yourself to those extra few reps you can easily pass this over the bar pass it through itself and put it under 1 foot and then that will allow you to get a few more reps wit that little bit of assistance.Straight to the box it was really well made there were no tears in the rubber which is something I've had in the past from other suppliers. The stretch seems appropriate for the weight that was assigned to it by the website although I haven't actually attached a scale to it so I couldn't tell you if this is exactly the resistance but it's appropriate for our needs.Overall a satisfied customer I would recommend to others.

Bought two of these (green) and whilst good, they have very different levels of resistance. The blue bands, in my experience have less variance from band to band.

Most versatile resistance band
This red resistance band is a good addition to any fitness regimen. It can be used for a variety of exercises and stretches. You probably need more resistance (green or purple) for leg work. Light enough to carry with you when traveling. Very useful when you suddenly have limited or no access to a fitness facility.
