prior to taking Bioglan Inulin, i was on prescription medication from my doctor. while in the surgery waiting room 6 months ago i saw a leaflet on the information rack, about BIOGLAN INULIN..I thought it was worth a try, I did and .because of it my condition has improved 100%......i mix it with my cuppa, fruit juice, you can use it in anything and it's tasteless.,, im 71 i suffered from GORD and osphigusitis. it has improved my symptoms within a couple of days .xx

Bought this after seeing that programme on the tv about better sleep.I have just now finished it.l used it in low cal hot chocolate at night.I could not detect a difference in the taste and after a few days I think I felt a bit calmer at night I don't know if I slept longer but I think it might have been more restful.The pack did not last very long and I did use three teaspoons each night,hopefully to get the full effect it said to use 12 ml and I used 15.I might give it another try so I am still hopeful, as it is supposed to help the gut bacteria also.Three stars just now, till I try again.That is just my experience and I a chronic bad sleeper,maybe I am expecting too much.I would suggest anyone give it a go see what you think.Hope this is helpful.D Carr.

Lesson learnt - don't take it too late in the evening unless you want to be woken up in the middle of the night. I am also adjusting the recommended 3 times a day to once a day for me. Very happy with results. No flavour and easy to take in a class of water.

Easily disolves in hot drinks, pleasant, mild flavour. Taken at bedtime helps aid sleep. Aids digestion and bowel regularity. Seems to help with weight loss too. Most importantly, it gets rid of visceral fat.
