I'm not a pro. I'm just a regular schlub with a mortgage on a house that seems to require constant DIY. As a result I have a load of assorted tools and they were mostly stuffed into an old Stanley roller shest which mean I could never find anything plus there was overspill. While this chest alone won't be enough to organise all of it (I'll probably get the matching counter top set of drawers at some point too), it's a pretty good start.It arrived quickly and well packaged, and I had none of the damage issues that others have experienced. The inclusion of drawer liners is a nice touch, but they are cheap and cheerful and won't last long - I've already inadvertently put several screwdrivers through one of them.The drawers operate smoothly enough and the lock is OK too. It's not going to protect you from a determined thief but it would stop a child getting to the sharp thing, for instance.You do need to be careful about the number of drawers you open at once as if you have a couple of heavy ones it can tip over. I've stuck a heavy concrete block on top of mine to help (and it's under a workbench), but be wary of that.Assembly is straightforward and takes just a few minutes. Sure, the metal isn't the thickest and in a professional setting it'd probably be scrap in no time at all but for a regular home user it's a very good value option. I was looking at the Hilka alternatives but frankly I can't see how the Hilka could be worth an extra 60 or so quid. I'm very happy with this chest and have even bought some tools of the same brand and again, cheap and cheerful but not just throwaway trash: They seem genuinely decent for the money, although I guess time will tell.

It's by no means a 'Professional' cabinet..... not is it the price of one, either. The drawer sliders work well...… actually.... too well! On a flat (level) but slightly uneven floor the vibration of movement moves the drawers. They can't go 'backward' so they all move FORWARD... meaning that, unless you lock the drawers, all your drawers will be fully open by the time you arrive at the other end of the workshop!..... Not good as the cabinet can then fall over!!.... My solution was to remove the front two wheels and fit a number (2-4) washers beneath the wheel-carriers and the cabinet and re-fit them. This gives the cabinet a slight backward-lean..… and the drawers are now much more likely to stay closed while moving! I can't recommend that trick enough,,,,,, or your cabinet will fall over! Mine did!

It arrived next day when it was estimated almost 4 days away. There was a slight damage that happened during shipping and the seller was quick to respond and give us options to rectify. Brilliant sellers and tool chest is perfect for what it's needed for.

It’s a bit light weight, metal is thin, draws open and close smoothly but treat it with kid gloves. Don’t put heavy tools or overload them as it won’t last I don’t think. Wheels are good and chunky and the lock again is light weight but works as a deterrent. Overall reasonable value for money imo.

I was overjoyed to discover all I had to fit were the castors. It comes fully assembled and it’s really good. I could never find my tools, it was always the one thing I needed that was missing. Haha! Not now! All my tools have their place and are easily accessible. The drawers open easily, and lock as they should. It moves easily on the castors, two of which are lockable. I love it. It’s in my kitchen and I’m using the top drawer for knives and forks because I kept losing those too

Delivered three days early which was outstanding unfortunately damage to top corner of box and not happy about the dimensions given!! Box states 690mm wise but actually it’s nearer 620mm wise the extra width includes the handle slight mis guided as I planned putting existing boxes ontop which I can’t now.

The chest is great for what it cost. Not as big as a lot of others but, if your just looking for something to tidy up your garage rather than run a workshop, it's ideal (and a lot cheaper).The chest arrived without the wheels present. As soon as I reported it, I had a response from the seller and within 2 days the wheels were on my doorstep. Great service, highly recomended.
