I have a 2 year old with curly hair (bi racial) and he hated having his hair washed. I now use the cantu kids range of shampoo, conditioner and conditioning detangeling spray with one of the flexible detangeling brushes and its a game changer. No longer do I get complaints of it being "too spikey" when i brush his hair (which I got with other products even with using the detangeling brush) I also love that it is a tear free formula.

This is an amazing shampoo for curly hairI noticed that it defines the curls and gives it a nice soft look when I shifted to a regular kids shampoo, although, it was a well known brand, it destorted the curls which was shocking to our hair stylist so back again and stuck with this one foreverI also recommended it to my sister and the results on her wee girl’s hair is shocking 💕

I purchased this for my 2 year old son. So far so good. Makes a great sudsy wash. Leaves hair feeling clean and smells great too! I also purchased the conditioner and detangler. I was using Shea Moisture Coconut and Hibiscus products in his hair, but I didn't like that the shampoo didn't create a good sudsy wash and the hair cream eventually started leaving his hair feeling hard and with residue buildup. So far, (Used two times so far) Cantu has made my sons hair more manageable, smells great and I haven't noticed much buildup. I keep his hair in braids and plan on letting it keep growing, so it's important to have something that keeps his hair clean, soft and manageable. He is non-mixed African American.
