I do however have the containers with lids for the Co Q10 & PQQ Max and they are great. The combination of the three definitely has had a beneficial effect on my energy levels.

Good quality capsules, somewhat easy to swallow, packaged in thin plastic container making them easy to store. Would recommend to anyone who needs to take these capsules.

Good quality, value and arrived on time. It is not really possible to evaluate the metabolism effect of a supplement such as this. I still feel the same.It does however contain the unnecessary and questionable ingredient Magnesium Stearate, hence not five stars.

I bought reservation to help with brain fog and as a powerful antioxidant as I have medical conditions which benefit from these. I am delighted to say that as far as the brain fog is concerned the effect has been extraordinary. Normally I struggle with all things technology wise but I have completed two major projects very quickly and easily which would normally have found me asking for help. Quite amazing!

I had quite a shock recently..A blood test revealed my Egfr (kidney filtration rate) had dropped to 15.Within 2 weeks it had gone down another 2 points.An urgent visit to a consultant revealed that unless I prepared for dialysis or kidney transplant I had about 3 months to live..As a Paramedic I am familiar with both options. I am not interested.I resolved that if I couldn't save the situation myself then I would go up stairs and annoy God....I found research showing improvement in kidney function when taking Resveratrol, CoQ10, Alpha lipoic acid and L-Carnitine.As I had little to lose I resolved to take the lot.About 2 weeks later I had another blood test and my Egfr had risen to 16, lessening the urgency for a transplant.Now you could say that Egfr fluctuates or that it could be any one of the four elements that has helped me, but if it means life over death then I'll keep taking them all just in case..Anyway, that's my story, if I do survive and its because of one of these supplements, I'll find a way to let you know........SLFNow up to 23....!!!!!!

Would be good apart from the fact that it is full of cheap and nasty, allergenic microcrystalline cellulose, as an unnecessary filler. It comes from pine and is a digestive irritant for the 20% of the population with fragrance etc irritations or IBS etc. It is also highly allergenic for those 5%+ of the population with an allergy to eg oxidised limonene, oxidised linalool, colophony/rosin, Balsam of Peru, etc.
