I've started using this as my bedtime cuticle cream. I have had amazing results from it. It seems expensive, but I only use one tiny dab each night for both my hands, so it's going to last me ages. Honestly - the skin around my nails has NEVER looked and felt so good.EDIT several months later:My Kerasal ran out and I was putting off rebuying, just for financial reasons.... and in the meantime I used just Vaseline on my cuticles at bedtime. It's been a month now that I've just been rubbing Vaseline around my fingernails at bedtime and to be honest the cuticles and the other skin around my nails are just as good as they were with the Kerasal - still supple and smooth and non-dry and non-hard. And my cuticles (well I call them cuticles - really they're my proximal nails folds) - my cuticles are still almost invisible, and 'narrow', and they 'sit' beautifully, exactly where they're supposed to. Maybe I needed the Kerasal for initial rehab, and now it's all healthy and looking good I only need Vaseline for maintenance? As long as it's still working so well, I'll stick with the Vaseline because obviously it's MUCH cheaper than the Kerasal. I've been using a little blue-and-white 'Vaseline Lip Therapy' tin.

I had hard skin on my heels I soaked my feet and rubbed the hard skin as best I could. I then put this foot repair on and some cotton socks. The hard skin has stayed away. Sometimes I had some sharp pieces of skin but they have gone also. Definitely value for money and will be buying again

I received the ointment yesterday so it is too early to tell how well it works. I applied it last night for the first time. It is very "vaseline-like". Ordering was simple and delivery very quick. I hope it works because it is rather expensive.
