This hot and cold compression is amazing, I have only used it cold for mastitis but it works perfectly, freeze it for a couple of hours, pop in its sleeve and in the bra to provide pain relief, I’m hoping it’ll also help reduce the inflammation over the next few days. Yes it only works for 20 mins but the instructions recommend no longer than 20 mins and that is generally the health advice for cold compression. Got on same day delivery as well which was very much needed!

Easy to use, quick to warm up in the microwave and did help with the milk supply. It did cool down quite quick though. Not tried it cold yet.

Good practical purchase bought ahead of time in case of pain but thankfully have not needed to use. Instructions clear on use but can be fiddly placing into covers.

I found these really useful at the beginning of my breastfeeding journey. The heat especially helps with any blocked ducts and also really helps let down! I found I was able to increase my supply if I used them warm whilst I pumped.

Great product. As described. Have only used hot so far but helps with relieving blocked ducts if used before pump/bf and i use whilst pumping for general milk production. Arrived on time.
Very convenient to use after breastfeeding
Been using a lot to calm breasts after the feeding. Gives 10-15 min of mild cooling. Would buy again.
