I've been wiggling about on the floor with one of these each side of my spine, rolling them up and down to get the knots out my back. Oh my goodness, it has helped the tension so much and I'm in quite a zoned out and relaxed state now.Husbands currently on the floor having a go now and the dog thinks he is hiding her ball under him 😆But, amazing product, think we will be using regularly for muscle pain relief!

These have the right balance between firm and soft for me. There is some play to them, which means that it's less painful so I can try get a little deeper.I've had to order a few different versions as my kids keep taking them to play with. i'm not sure if that's a positive or negative..!

Am very pleased with the size and quality - (of the materials) of two yoga balls. By placing the balls on of each the hollows by shoulder blades, I was able to wriggle my shoulders enough to nestle the balls right into the area where the ligaments held a tightness. A most satisfying sense of relief ! Considering a visit to an osteopath would mean a lot more time and monies to be parted with. The balls are a valued asset to ones home yoga equipment
