Was thinking I would need to replace it, as the clip was so small and delicate. I decided to try this JB Weld first, as it seemed a bit of a waste replacing it.Mixes fine, doesn’t smell, and is easy to work with.Cure time seems longer than 15 min to me, but that may be because I had to hold it in place until set.Next morning the repair seems really solid. I applied extra adhesive around the repair for additional strength, as this is not a visible repair.Overall very satisfied.

Works better than other epoxies I've tried and sets fast. Would buy again.Just make sure you thoroughly mix it with hardener and in equal amounts, the first time I tried it didn't set hard as I didn't mix it equally, second time it set much faster and harder.

Used to try and fix a cracked headlight bracket, not the best unfortunately. Left to cure for an hour or so and it still hadn't set even though it was used outdoors in the current heat wave. It was easy to mix and apply but I wouldn't purchase it again.

Fantastic product but very fiddly indeed.Works as it should.Used to created missing tabs that fell off from the bumper.Been a few weeks so far and still fit snug.However it's very fiddly as all epoxies are.

It just works. Despite some reviews stating that it is "too wet" and wrongly criticising the incredibly simple cap, this stuff is easy to mix, easy to use (when applying a little common sense) and absolutely tough as old boots.Twist and pull off the cap to open the twin tube dispenser and give the tubes a few taps to make sure there's no air trapped in either, push the plunger to squeeze out the 2 components, ensuring that they come out in equal amounts, mix well and, unless you need a really liquid material, leave for around 5 minutes, possibly even a little longer if you're using it on a vertical surface, so that it thickens up a bit. Do make sure to replace the cap the right way round, though - quite easy to do, since the component liquids are black and white.Once applied, it sets in 20 to 30 minutes (rarely the 15 minutes stated on the packaging), so you will have time to shape and smooth it as it starts to cure and might need to hold, clamp or tape a joint in place for a while. Other than that, once it has fully cured (I ended up leaving it for 24 hours, just to make sure, as it was still soft enough to indent with a fingernail, even after a couple of hours) it is both sandable and any overspill can be cut off or shaped with a sharp blade. I can only guess that those who have said it "didn't set" hadn't taken care to make sure there were equal amounts of the two components before mixing, as it is much like any 2 pack type adhesive or filler - too little hardener/activator means the product won't cure and harden.Honestly, when mixed and applied correctly, this product is so good that I have absolutely no issues with it and have ordered more for various other plastic repairs I need to do!Given how good it is, I think it's pretty good value, too.

They do not make them like this anymore 4sure). 1/2 of one of the 4 Bakelite legs had broken off due to years of use. Was able to grind clean old material with a Dremel, built a mold and formed a new poured replacement. Worked great and I have used this on several other plastic type needed repairs.
