Very unfortunately like other reviews here, it seems this conditioner is causing my hair to fall out in clumps too… I bought this to try achieve the opposite effect because we have hard water, another brand worked quite well so thought I’d try Malibu but sadly i think it’s damaging my hair.

Product is good and does well for my hair. After about 4 months of off and on use it makes my hair feel really smooth. I also use the shampoo variant as well. Looking forward to continued use as this was recommended to me by my hair stylist.
Hard water resque
It really helps my hair against the hard water in southern Germany. It also smells incredible, like summer.
