I bought this to replace an older Artisan mixer which seemed to be showing its age. From the start the mixer part wobbled in use, the bowl does not fit tightly and wobbles and it does not perform as well as the old mixer which I still have. I have requested a refund

I tried different solutions before, even my bosch mixer that claimed to be able to handle dough and ruined it for me.I thought maybe I am just not good with dough. Maybe it's just not for me.But then KitchenAid came into my life. Now I make breads and pastries from all types we can thing of. It's powerful, useful and predictable. Exactly what I needed at home.
