Dynasty Hardware Size 2 Commercial and Residential Door Closer, Duronotic / Brown The Dynasty Hardware 2000 Series Commercial Duty Door Closer is a great alternative for use on interior and light weight exterior door applications. Its compact design has the features and appearance of a full size closer but requires less space on a door for installation, and provides complete functionality for any opening. It is commonly used on projects that specify multiple interior door closers to address job conditions and budget concerns. They are excellent choice for hotels, condominiums, apartment complex and single family residences. Level 2 Spring Tension rating. Aluminum alloy shell with duronotic / brown finish. Maximum door size 36-Inch. Recommended for interior doors. For use on doors between 55 and 100 pounds. Parallel arm bracket not included in this door closer.

solid unit
Perfect for our needs. Installation was a little tricky, but not overly difficult. The unit seems sturdy and well constructed. Once adjusting the valves we have the door closing at a comfortable speed and not too difficult to open

Works great, as intended. Pretty straight forward installation. Instructions are decent. Remember that opening/closing force is not adjustable so if you have small kids (4-5 y.o.) it may be a bit tough for them to open the door.
Works perfect
Was easy to install with minimal effort. Appears to be well made and decent quality. I am impressed how well it works. Believe me I am not easily impressed. I am using this on a heavy screen door that will see a decent amount of use. Price was good and I am pleased.

Main hydraulic base was too small. I couldn’t use it on my door.
