Used for a few times. It is OK to handle soft dough, when it is used for tough one, it squeaks and the rollers stop moving. For this price, it is a total waste!

Je suis très satisfait de cet accessoire KitchenAid. C’est un plus pour qui comme moi aime faire ses préparations à base de pâtes, tagliatelle, lasagne et tortellini, à l’ancienne. Il est très facile à utiliser et le gain de temps pour étaler vos pates est impressionnant. J’ai acheté au même temps les accessoires pour les tagliatelles et les spaghettis, mais je trouve qu’ils sont beaucoup moins utiles. En fait, vous les utilisez qu’une seul fois à la coupe, tandis que vous devez repasser la pâte dans l’accessoire 5KSMPSA plusieurs fois. Un seul bémol, le guide d'utilisation de 260 pages environs dans deux dizaines de langues qui ne sert à rien et pèse une tonne !
