Assuming that they survive wear and tear reasonably well, then this is the best screwdriver bit kit I have ever bought and I have bought many in my time as I lose bits and end up throwing the set away to start again. All the Philips and strait heads that you could wish for plus loads of specialist and security screw bits. More impressively is that the longer bits have notches in them which lock fit (pull the sleeve back) into the provided drill heads for a standard smooth bit drill and a beefy professional lock fit high torque drill. The smaller bits magnetically click into the provided standard drill extension so all the bits fit well and cant drop out half way through screwing. Perhaps even more impressively is that the carrying case is decent and looks hard wearing with each bit properly located in its own place with space between them to get your fingers in to take one out with ease and put it back in the right place due to labeled and firm fitting holes in tough quality shaped plastic which is unlikely to wear out. Again, if the bits last a reasonable length of time in terms of wear then this could be one of my best ever value for money purchases as it will help me keep the set tidy and in the right order. Well designed Draper, nice one.

i have been a user and 'fan' of Draper tools for many years. However, I was somewhat disappointed with this purchase. The see-through case is strong, rigid, and has an unusual sliding catch to keep it closed. Opening and inspecting it is when the disappointment set in. The apparently well-made palm drive is much too small and uncomfortable to operate for the largest of the comprehensive selection of bits in the case. When using the largest bits, for the extra torque required, I will be using a totally different tool.I cannot comment on the accuracy of the sizing of the various and many tips available.

Complete set for a nice price
The good: very complete set (I especially like the long bits). The bits come out very easily (so no struggle to get them out)The bad: the bitholder is magnetic, but the magnet is not very powerful.The ugly: the plastic case is not very sturdy and will not survive a fall. It doesn’t really close like it should. If you take a closer look at the inside you will see that there is already a piece of plastic that was broken on delivery, and as a result some of the long screwdriver bits don’t fit super tight.As for the quality and durability of the bits themselves: they look ok/normal and will suffice for the regular home owner. If you want premium ware buy metabo or makita or dewalt, if you want a nice and complete set for a nice price, buy this set
Gute Bits - Schlechter Bithalter
Als Hobbyschrauber-/Heimwerker kaufte ich mir vor einiger Zeit diese gut bestückte Bitsammlung. Die Qualität der einzelnen Bits ist tatsächlich ganz ordentlich und an und für sich macht die gesamte Box einen wirklich wertigen Eindruck. Alles ist beschriftet, gut sortiert und befestigt. Nichts wackelt, alles ist gut entnehmbar und wieder einsetzbar. Viele der Aufsätze habe ich jedoch noch nicht ausprobiert. Richtig schlecht ist jedoch der kleine Bithalter. Mir passiert es regelmäßig, dass bei etwas größerem Druck auf eine Schraube, der Bits sich so fest im Bithalter verkeilt, dass dieser nur unter Aufwendung großer Gewalt wieder entnommen werden kann. Bei der Lösung des jeweiligen verkeilten Bits verzweifele ich jedes mal. Ich habe dadurch auch bereits einen Bit verloren, da dieser beim zurück schieben der Halterverankerung unkontrolliert in die Efeuhecke meines Nachbarn geschossen ist. Ich ärgere mich jedes mal so sehr darüber, dass ich mir nun notgedrungen einen neuen vernünftigen Bithalter kaufen werde. Eigentlich Schade. Wie geschrieben, wertige und gut sortierte Box. Der dürftige Bithalter schmälert jedoch den Gesamteindruck. 3 Sterne.
