Brilliant! Diagnosed the engine management fault code on my Ford Transit Connect. Was able to follow advice online to remedy problem and then to use this device to clear the fault warning light. Saved me time and money booking in van for service for a simple fault I was able to resolve myself. Definitely try this before you splash out. Instructions included are easy to follow, I don't think you need to buy a more expensive device, this is spot on.

Had a MAF fault EML on the Mrs Mokka , picked up straight away. Cleaned the MAF and deleted the code , Job done. Easy to use and understand.

Its compatible with most of the cars. Reads and clears engine codes no problem. Easy to use and functional. Connects straight away with your car. It's solid. Only extra functions that it's missing is clearing more than just engine codes. It doesn't read airbag or abs and brake system codes. I would be willing to pay more if it did.

Had a fault constantly coming up on the car, and i didnt really want to pay someone £100+ just to tell me i got to spend more money. Purchased this, plugged it in to the car and within a few seconds i was given a code and description of a pending fault. Looked in the fault log and saw it happened several times. Quick google and an online car parts store and problem has gone away. Excellent value for money, performance is great, information that comes with it is clear. Simple to connect to vehicle

Nice device, feels well built, but unfortunately for me, it did not allow me to diagnose an ABS fault on a 2005 VW Golf TDI. Car has the ABS warning light illuminated on the dash, but no check engine light. When attached this device to car it did not find any problem codes at all. Also I know the car has a few other codes stored in the background but it did not pick any of these up either, so its being returned.I've used to have a similar cheap OBD tool in the past (sadly it broke) which would access multiple modules on the car, including ABS, so I know these cheap tools can do it. But i suspect this device is purely for engine related problem codes only.
5.0 out of 5 stars The AD310 is an effective analyser for the home mechanic
After plugging the AD310 into the car's analyser socket, the instructions that appear on the screen quickly get you to the engine fault codes. In my case it flagged an oxygen sensor as problematic. It also gives a snapshot of the engine run-parameters (called freeze frames) at the instant the fault occurred. That is, parameters such as the temperature of the catalytic converter, throttle position, RPM, speed, water temperature etc. For my Corsa, there were about 30 engine parameters to study, all but one of which were as expected (the catalyst temperature was just outside its lower limit). The acronyms of the freeze frames were not obvious to me but they can be found on the internet. I printed off a list of them for future reference.It is not difficult to replace an oxygen sensor (with the right socket spanner) but I will probably get a garage to do it. On this occasion, the value of the AD310 is in putting me on the same page as the garage mechanic who will be doing the job.

I was tired of going to visit mechanics unprepared and possible at their whim of potential fixes that may or may not be needed. This little gem is great value for money and compatible with my Y reg polo. I simply plugged it in And then got the information needed to start budgetting for any fixes and it gave me peace of mind behind what the check engine light could indicate.

Un 10 para el precio que tiene hace su función tiene diagnosis de muchos códigos español todo vale para Toyota Corolla muy fácil de usar y te saca de dudas en caso de avería, es simple, hay otras mucho más caras que traen más opciones y funciones que se pueden hacer claro, pero por este precio es una muy buena máquina muy recomendable para al menos tenerla y salir de dudas con las averías que pueda marca la unidad
