What stood out to me right away is the natural lemon flavour – it’s honestly awesome. Sometimes after taking the tablet, I can still smell a bit of lemon, which is actually really pleasant. Best of all, there’s no fishy smell or aftertaste, which has been a big issue for me with other brands in the past.The capsules are a bit large, but I found a super easy trick – I just leave the tablet in my mouth for about a minute, and it softens up a bit. After that, it’s much easier to swallow and goes down with no problem.

This is a very good product. Value for money and the offerings per serving are great. I usually take two capsules. No aftertaste, easy to swallow.

Have been taking this specific product for a few months after it was rec by my nutritionist.Good quality ingredients and within a fish gelatine capsule as opposed to animal gelatine. Also contains vit d and there is no fishy smell or taste. The price point is good for the quality of the product esp when on offer. Only negative is the slightly awkward capsule shape - would have preferred a narrow capsule where as this one is quite wide, but generally it's been ok to swallow.

I’ve been using this Omega-3 for a couple of months now, and it’s pretty solid. The DHA/EPA ratio is spot on for what I need, and honestly, at this price, you’d be hard-pressed to find better without spending at least 30% more for minimal extra benefit.It’s clean, natural, and in the triglyceride form, which is meant to be better absorbed. No fishy aftertaste like some others.At just one capsule a day, it’s dead simple to take. High-quality fish oil that won’t break the bank, this is hard to beat.

I wanted to exchange this product as I needed a stronger dosage. However it was ineligible for return the day after receiving it. I will not be ordering this brand again. Very disappointing support. Update I was contacted by the company after writing my review but after this I did not hear from them again.

Ich habe mich nach etwas Recherche für diesen Artikel entschieden. Mir waren verschiedene Punkte wichtig, welche schliesslich ausschlaggebend waren:Positiv+ rTG (!!!): ich wollte ein Produkt, welches aus rTG und nicht aus TG besteht. Daher sind diese Kapseln auch höher mit DHA und EPA dosiert. Vorteil: eine Kapsel reicht, bei anderen Herstellern müsste man mehrere einnehmen um die gleiche Konzentration zu erreichen.+ Fischöl aus wilden Anschovies: enthalten weniger Giftstoffe, die sich in den grösseren Fischen stärker anreichern.+ Zitronenzusatz: ich habe nur in seltenen Fällen einen fischigen Geruch beim Aufstossen feststellen können. Das war bei anderen Fischölkapseln unangenehmer als bei diesen. Der Zitronenzusatz scheint also zu wirken.+ Vitamin E: es ist Vitamin E in der natürlichen Form d-alpha-Tocopherol enthalten. Allerdings wird nichts über das Spektrum gesagt bzw die Tocotrienole sind nicht enthalten. Dies habe ich jedoch in keinem recherchierten Produkt finden können. Jedoch ist es schon einmal besser als das künstliche dl-alpha-Tocopherol. Kurz: Vitamin E ist als Antioxidant wichtig für das Nichtoxidieren der Öle.+ Preis: ich finde den Preis von knapp 15 Euro angemessen, da es sich um eine 2-Monatspackung handelt. Das sind pro Monat ca 7,50 Euro. Wenn man dies mit anderen Produkten vergleicht, müsste man für die gleiche DHA/EPA Menge weit mehr bezahlen bzw viel mehr Kapseln schlucken. Also nicht von dem Preis abschrecken lassen.+ Produktion in der EU, UK (noch EU :-) ), daher strengere Standards. Auch wenn ich mich nicht allzu gut mit diesen auskenne, glaube ich dies einfach mal und habe definitiv ein besseres Gewissen als wenn ich Produkte aus Nicht-EU Ländern kaufe.NeutralAuf der Verpackung steht, dass es auf Schadstoffe getestet wird. Ich habe mir allerdings kein Prüfzertifikat zuschicken lassen bzw konnte auch keins im Internet finden. Dies könnte der Hersteller eventuell noch nachholen und irgendwo für den kritischen Konsumenten veröffentlichen.Negativ- Die Kapseln sind zwar nicht allzu gross, haben jedoch an der breitesten Stelle -in der Mitte- doch einen ausreichend grossen Durchmesser, dass mir diese schon ein paarmal im Hals stecken geblieben sind. Mit reichlich Wasser klappt es mit dem Runterschlucken dann natürlich.Ergebnis:Ob ich eine direkte Wirkung feststellen konnte? Ich lebe generell relativ gesund. Eine Verbesserung meines Befindens kann von vielen Faktoren abhängen und daher kann ich nicht sagen, ob es mir nur durch die Einnahme des Produktes besser geht. Es ist ein Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und kein Wundermittel. Allerdings hoffe ich, dass mich das Produkt in meiner generellen gesunden Lebenseinstellung unterstützt. Einen Bluttest habe ich zur Überprüfung der Werte nicht machen lassen.Insgesamt bin ich aufgrund der oben genannten Argumente jedoch zufrieden mit den Kapseln. Ich vergebe trotz des einen negativen Punktes trotzdem volle 5 Sterne, da weit schlechtere Omega 3 Produkte trotzdem 4-5 Sterne erhalten.Ich werde das Produkt definitiv wieder kaufen, solange der Preis sich nicht signifikant erhöhen sollte.

My Dr. ordered Vascepa after viewing my blood work. Insurance wouldn't cover it so I decided to try this product. Four months later, did NOT change diet or exercise regimen. Here's the numbers. Triglycerides 341 down to 257 VLDL "the really bad LDL" 52 to 40 LDL 53 to 41. The numbers speak for themselves! My Dr. had a stunned look on his face when I told him I was taking a supplement from Bolo instead of Vascepa. His response "well it's definitely working, don't stop" It worked well for me, I hope others have a similar result.
