Directions
1. Twist the mascara wand out from the tube. 2. Wipe off any excess mascara from the wand. 3. Apply the mascara in a zigzag motion to the lashes, starting at the base and moving outward. 4. Repeat the process for the other eye. 5. For lower lashes, use the tip of the wand and apply gently.

I have very sensitive skin and eyes and often struggle to find cosmetics that don't break my skin/eyes out. Finally I have success with this mascara, no reaction to it at all and I am delighted. It looks natural and is easy to apply.

This is a brilliant hypoallergenic mascara for those of us with sensitive eyes. I used it for years, always able to purchase from Boots. Then..... nothing. Gone from the shelves. I tried to find an alternative and am now about to try Clinique. Which is also supposed to be hypoallergenic.Meanwhile, I have discovered that I can order it online but it is coming from USA and delivery will take a while. Honestly, in this day and age I would have thought there would have been a distributor (in the UK) who held supplies.

Almay used to be so good. WHAT HAPPENED?This is Horrible stuff Flakes. Clumps. Messy.I waited to post this review. Had this a few weeks and only use a few times but it’s v disappointing. Not sure if the seller has had this hanging around in a garage or back room or what, but will never buy again.

Note had used Almay waterproof mascara in the past — just read waterproof mascaras can contribute to dry eye.
Love this mascara
This is the one and only mascara that does not irritate my eyes. I've been using it for years and I hope they never stop making it. Hard to find except on Bolo and the price is right too. It's the best.
Great for sensitive eyes
This is one of the best mascaras I have tried. I love the non-irritating formula; good for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes. It is not flaky or overly cakey either, just beautiful color and lash separation. The wand is slightly curved for easy application, but some still gets smudged on my top eyelid.
Doesn’t flake
Nice look, no flaking, no eye irritation.
No redeeming qualities
I bought this hoping that my perimenopausal eyes would be able to handle a more gentle mascara. Unfortunately, this irritated my eyes just as much as the other brands I’ve been wearing. In addition to this, the brush is useless. It’s sparse and the bristles are too soft. It was a mess!!
