I have a glass for breakfast instead of milk. It feels effective for bone health and energy and has a good balance and range of minerals. I would buy more often if it was cheaper or on offer and came in larger packs . Easy to carry and store because they are in sachets.

I had Covid earlier this year (before Lockdown) and I felt a bit run down. I don't know if it's pyscho somatic or not but I definitely feel that these powders give me more energy. They're easy to take. I think minerals are incredibly important and we tend not to have enough in our food these days. They're a bit pricey but I think in this arena you do get what you pay for and I am going to have them for a little - alongside a good vit B complex.

At first I really liked it. The strawberry taste was very pleasant and generally mixed well with water. The first night I slept well as I hadn’t been sleeping at all recently. The 2nd day woke up to flushed face and spots on my face and didn’t feel well and really tired. As I’m intolerant to some foods I decided not to take anymore. It does work re sleep and may take it an odd time if I really have it but not long term. Don’t know what’s in it that I reacted to.

Love itI’m forty years old and usually works physically a lot.It tastes like bit chalky strawberry shake but like energy injection.Don’t give heartburn like other fizzy energy drinks or calcium tablets.Takes little while after drinking but it’s really good.Especially if you have fever ( I tried during nasty cold and fever )

I really like this product. I’ve been taking two a day (higher that the recommended one per day but I’ve been diagnosed with low calcium).I think this is a good mix / balance of minerals. I like the flavour, it’s a pleasant strawberry/ vanilla flavour. It doesn’t mix perfectly and is very slightly chalky but that’s not a problem - overall great.

I’m a bit dubious about this. I used to occasionally purchase packs of 7 sachets. Now however there only seems to be option of 21. I opened one today and it had a really weird taste, different from previous packs I had in the past. I had to pour most of it down the sink. I’m thinking it’s been taken over by another company as it says Product of UK on front whereas the old ones said Product of Switzerland. I looked at the ingredients and there’s a slight difference there too, including beetroot powder! Don’t think I can take these now! Shame because they did help me in the past.

Not a strong flavour but that doesn't matter, after two weeks + I feel a bit more energetic, difficult to say for definite but I think it helps, always cautious about supplement claims but I've ordered another pack, I'm retired so I have time to think about it being helpful to me. I've added to this review... if you add the supplement to a small bottle of water and then give it a good shake it will mix completely in seconds, I do it all the time ! !
