Erythritol is a natural sweetener and it doesn't leave that horrible aftertaste, its a less sweet than actual sugar so I use a bit more but really cannot taste the difference in coffee and especially tea which doesn't mask sweeteners as well as coffee. I also like that its it's granular so feels more like using real sugar. I do use it for baking too especially making keto friendly sweet treats and it a great substitute for the real thing.

I use this quite often so it being available in a large size was very helpful. The taste is fine with no bitterness. Will be repurchasing.

Brilliant replacement for sugar. Could never stand the after taste of the other sweetness like Canderelle etc.For the first couple of tries there is a very distant mint type after taste but once used 2 or 3 times it is totally undetectable.You do have to use almost twice as much as sugar for the same sweetness though.

Great for weaning yourself off sugar. After several months of using Erythritol instead of sugar the weight has started coming down. It’s not as sweet as sugar so in the beginning I found myself adding more than I would sugar to get to similar sweetness (ie 3 spoons erythritol instead of previous 2 sugar), but gradually you tend to get used to less sweet taste so now I prefer drinks and cookies less sweet.

Erythritol
This product has zero sweet taste, and some bitter taste, completely useless in place of any kind of sugar. I would have given it zero stars if it was possible.

Son goût est proche du sucre, sans arrière-goût particulier, bien qu'un peu moins sucré (environ 70 % du pouvoir sucrant du sucre classique).
