The handheld vacuum has impressed. We found a suitable place to wall mount it. It easily slots in and out, so easily that it is frequently taken down for just a quick scoot around, or a once-over clean up. Instead of the heavy corded rollerball being used once or twice weekly we now find ourselves using the handheld a dozen or more times a week, resulting in carpets which are constantly looking good and wooden floors which are no longer accumulating enough dust to start to be an embarrassment. This means that it rarely works for longer than half a hour at a time, and is almost always found in a fully recharged state. The greatest convenience, apart from the above and its light weight and easy handling, is that it runs easily under our slightly raised furniture allowing proper cleaning. Our resident dog does shed hair, which this vacuum handles easily and effectively. The attachments provided with it are adequate for most tasks. Stairs are also easy to clean. We had expected a reduced suction with this vacuum, but the results don't show this. And I have to mention QUIET, another good feature which in one small way is a drawback! With the roller-ball vacuum the dog would bark at it, back away and bark again and so on; not what you really want to hear. Now, with the much quieter handheld, the dog remains sprawled in the middle of the carpet and we hoover right up to him from all directions as he silently watches! We have to move him to finish the job! Overall, an effective and convenient appliance.

It has taken me a while to take the leap and purchase this dyson mainly the cost. But I am so pleased I finally done it, it has change the way I hoover and believe me when I say I look forward to doing my chores. It’s quick to get to work no more lugging around a hoover up and down stairs. It take me around 20 mins to hoover upstairs and the stairs. A little less for down stairs, so maybe 40 mins and the battery does last that time. So I have to charge it up after every use. I have dogs so it comes out every day to hoover the spaces that the dogs use. My old hoover only came out twice a week it was a Henry also a great hoover I had to sweep most days. But not any more my dyson does it every day and it’s light weight got heaps of attachments not sure what all of them do yet. I do charge it quite regularly as it’s used quite a bit. Only thing I would say is that the long tube at times does feel a little flimsy. Plus the bit that store all your dust and fluff I empty after every use, it’s plenty big enough for my whole house. Happy customer 😀

I had a slight inheritance, and this was one of the few things I bought with it, before investing in my boring side, such as my mortgage, etc! OBVIOUSLY I bought a motorbike too ...I have a long haired and a short haired dog, both of who malt, all year round it seems! This is super powerful, and although this battery and the bin are limited, I can easily do one floor of the house, including a set of stairs with one charge of this! Now, I live in a 3 story town house, and so, I do NOT like to do all floors at once anyway, and this gives me the perfect excuse to limit my cleaning per day!THANK YOU DYSON!This sucks up my laminate, it is that strong, in my en-suite, and it does an amazing job of cleaning the hair and all sorts from the carpet, even in a deep pile (Ooo errr)Cannot say enough good things about the Dyson!The wall attachment is great, the extra attachments you get are perfect for so many different scenarios, i don't think i will ever need to buy another vacuum!AND it charges really quickly from dead flat!

An excellent product. It is light, has really good suction and is easy to put together or take apart. The tools for the hand held are good and work. Also takes up very small space when stored. Would recommend

I bought this cordless vacuum in 2018. I was most impressed initially by the amount of dust picked up each day. I have 2 dogs and it worked well initially. However, even with filters cleaned as advised and regularly unthinking hair and cotton from tools, the battery life completely died. Dyson replaced the battery free of charge so great. However, unless the power was on max the machine would not perform anywhere close to well. You are only supposed to use max boost infrequently but unless you do the machine is useless. The battery died again and as I was reluctant to pay for another one I am now back to using my Henry- more cumbersome but very effective. I think there is a lot to be done design-wise to improve the battery cordless. I would not buy another one, especially given the price that does not provide value for money for a machine that in effect lasts a few months really effectively.

Bought for new house where most floors are laminate on the back of using the Dyson Animal cordless in other houses while house sitting. I haven't been disappointed! This is an excellent vacuum for hard floors and rugs and so easy to use that it's no bother to pick up for even minor mess. Great suction and a battery strong enough to allow for all of the floors to be done in one sweep. Dyson have corrected the previous design fault that caused the waste to get trapped around the edges of the container with a nifty design that drops the unit down when emptying, releasing all of the dirt effortlessly. We have three dogs and the animal is excellent for collecting dog hair. Also great to use without the long arm for spot cleaning or cleaning upholstery and other furniture.

What a wonderful Product this is. Though it’s not the cheapest of such products it’s certainly the best. I have 3 different types of Dyson Vacuum Cleaners. My first Upright Dyson lasted me over 20 years and was still working when I replaced it I gave it to a friend who used it for another 5 years. I bought this one to replace one that I could no longer get a spare Motor for - it didn’t owe me anything though as I’d had that for so many years.

È un articolo molto caro ma questa è l unica pecca oltre al fatto che la batteria dura poco se si usa la massima potenza però...non occorre sia al max perché ha un efficienza ottima anche al minimo e poi se non hai una villa ti basterà sempre la batteria, male che va puoi comprarne una più potente. Sono molto soddisfatta .

Zu laut,der Behälter zu klein und die Akkulaufzeit zu gering.Würde ich für diesen Preis auf keinen Fall mehr kaufen,da gibt es günstigere und bessere Akkustaubsauger.

Fantastique de puissance, légèreté, facilité.Parfait pour un appartement.Il manque une brosse large et souple pour faire la poussière et il n’est pas possible de mettre sous vide un sac compactor car aucun embout n’est parfaitement rond.
