There are sticky tags to seal them on your feet, but I never use these and they stay on fine without them. The instructions recommend leaving them on for 20 minutes. I actually leave them on all night - I put them on as I get into bed and take them off when I wake up. My feet don't get too hot or cold, they are comfortable when you have got used to wearing them, and the results are even better after 8 or 9 hours wearing them!I cannot recommend these enough, one of my favourite products.Thank you for taking the time to read my review, I hope you found it helpful :)

I was given 1 as a gift, it smelled lovely after a hot summer wearing my Birkenstock’s all of the time , my feet needed some special attention. When I tried the first pack it did everything it said on the packaging, immediately my feet felt lovely I left them on longer I needed all that moisture. I’ve always looked after my feet they have to work so hard for us I do a lot of standing most of the day, I always moisturise I’ve tried most lotions & potions, which I’ve always massaged into my feet, so it’s nice to put these on and relax, I usually lay on bed watch TV , while they are working . I’m going to leave them on overnight maybe put some big socks over to keep them on. After I’ve used them you can see & feel the difference. Treat yourself you & your feet deserve it.

These foot masks do the job and smell amazing! Only trouble with some of them (whether it’s a new feature or not we were just unlucky) is that they didn’t have the sticky bit to secure the sock in place across the ankle, so had to use sticky tape instead.

I don't have really hard callouses on my feet but I do have a lot of blisters and I was looking for something to repair the skin, soothe and Moisturise my feet.These arrived yesterday and my feet were rather achy and sore after a day on them so I decided to try and put these on over night.Very easy to use and the second I put them on I felt instant relief from the aches on my feet and my feet never felt too hot through the night despite the warm night.I took the socks off this morning and while they don't feel any softer than they did before (no hard calloused feet to start with) it has helped with the blisters and that is exactly what I hoped for so I am very happy with these and will buy again.

This is the second pack I have bought. These are awesome! I put foil pack in fridge for a day or two before use. Ladies, if you want something very cool and soothing for hot, tired feet after a day in stilettos, these are just bliss! Feet feel super soft afterwards, and leaves my feet ready to slip on heels again the next day. Tremendous!

I've been trying all the different brands of these foot packs and these are the best! I've been using them every other day or so for the past few weeks. My feet are so amazingly soft now! Its become part of my nightly self care routine. I alternate between foot cream one night, these socks the next and one night gap.Pros:- Fresh coconut scent - not too overpowering- The two socks tear apart so easily without having to use scissors which is so handy- Makes my feet feel so fresh and soft!

If your looking for help for smooth feet honestly these are a must, my feet were so dry and cracked from going into the garden over the summer with no flip flops on, oooops! But these are an absolute life saver, you will see a difference from one use! Absolutely love them!!
