Directions
Use Argo cornstarch in any dish or sauce where a clear, glossy sauce is desirable. When replacing flour in recipes, use only half the amount of cornstarch compared to flour. Always mix Argo cornstarch with a cold liquid before adding to hot liquids to prevent lumps. For maximum thickening and clarity, bring a mixture thickened with cornstarch to boil completely.

I love baking and cooking but when you look up a recipe online, the american recipes have ingredients we don't have or use in Britain. Thank goodness for the internet and being able to buy the ingredient, the right ingredient to make the cake or pudding. I thought this company gave a good price for two lots of cornstarch and would certainly buy again.
