Use this stuff on everything,,bit of a chilli fiend ..brilliant and HOT,,,you really dont need much,,old addage you can always put more in you cant take it out,,so go lightly ,even in the largest of pots.

I did get Carolina Reaper flakes before, and these were not very genuine. The distinct smell was absent and not as spicy as the real ones. I presume they were a mix of spices in there.
