I have used other good brands before, but this specific one has "sustained-released", and I do not know whether it is psychological or not, but the benefit seems to last the entire day until I take the second capsule in the evening. The other brands I have tried (which do not have "sustained-released" solution) seem to fade away much faster. Thorne is really expensive in my view, far too expensive to be honest, but for my specific situation it looks like the benefits may indeed justify the additional investment. Curious to see how it develops in the coming months.

Most of it is just tumeric stuff into a capsule. You get nowhere near the amount of curcumin you need to actually get the benefits.Thorne is the best that I could find that has been researched to some degree, supplement industry needs to be regulated but this is the best we can do. With 2 tablets you get the lower end range of recommended curcumin dosage that has been shown in studies to have anti inflammatory effects.I took 2 tablets per day to help get over neck and shoulder pains I was having and while it is completely anecdotal I do feel like this products helped in getting over the injuries and aches quick than I usually do.

I have arthritus in my shoulder and I am still play tennis twice a week without any pain. This product has been tested by the Food and Drug Administration and is what is says.

I find these definitely work for me. Was just about to place another order, however, they are now £9 more expensive than before. Too many other decent curcumin supps out there. Definitely not worth £43

First heard about this for inflammation from Dr Rhonda Patrick on the Joe Rogan podcast. Very good for inflammation and joint pain, I used it like I would a pain killer.

Prodotto veramente di qualità. Al contrario di molti altri integratori contenenti curcumina, questo si è rivelato particolarmente efficace e di qualità (data anche la forma fitosomata in cui la curcumina è presente). Adatto soprattutto a chi soffre di patologie autoimmuni. Il prezzo è un pò più alto di altri integratori, ma la qualità si paga, e ne vale soprattutto la pena.
