However, no tools or glue is included, which was a bit disappointing, so I would recommend getting a decent tool kit together : good scissors, tweezers, steel ruler, a good craft glue and pliers. I’m lucky in that I have a jewellery making kit already and these tools are perfect for this construction .This is my second kit and I love it. It can be fiddly and looks scary, but following the instructions item by item and in the order in which they appear, it’s actually relatively easy, just take your time.It’s all-absorbing and keeps me out of mischief for hours.

I absolutely loved doing this, it was very time consuming and fiddly at times but the end result was amazing. My only problems were that the doors and Windows didn’t fit so I had to sand them and the material was sparse and I ran out at one point. The instructions take a bit of getting used too but overall it was very enjoyable, great value for money and it arrived really quickly.

I wanted to try this build because I thought it would be a nice change to the "house" builds I'm enjoying .. boy, was I wrong! ..Problems SO FAR:1. Caravan body arrives built up, which is a disappointment as that would be a major part of the fun of it2. Upon making one of the first things, the skylight window, parts A16 of which there should've been 2, was supplied short - i.e there was 1 of the right size and the other was a cm or so short! But I soldiered on and made and painted my own replacement part.3. Almost everything didn't fit AT ALL until sanded or filed, ie every window, door etc. Only the skylight window fitted first time.4. The item is fully painted so sanding and filing so much dislodges the paint and so considerable touch-ups are needed - just hope I can find the right colours of paint!5. No fitting instructions for the door, just a photo with it in place!6. The door's window didn't fit and that was mentioned in the instructions, but by cutting the part as instructed, it weakened it and so the door snapped! I had to make a new one from scratch.7. Interestingly you have a template to cut out a shape of fabric (C7-3) to then have another template to have to cut out for the actual item you're building. So templates are needed for the template!8. The instructions and translation thereof leave a lot to be desired.9. I really wish I'd avoided purchasing the item and I don't know if I want to continue with it at the moment as so much is an issue already.10. I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANY OTHER ITEM FROM THIS MANUFACTURER.

Great quality kit and a gift that was so well perceived by my mother in law who has built about 40+ houses and room sets in the past 2/3 years.I read the criticism that the chassis itself is complete and told her before but while being a very experience dollhouse builder she found it challenging enough with all the very small parts / detailsAll items are good quality and set under a purpose built dust cover she did along with grass, plants, etc. she gets plenty of praise and is really delighted with it.It is quite hard to find a kit that she did not do yet and this was a completely different subject/theme which she really liked.

The kit looks very pretty from the outside and the components are also pretty but the instructions are hard to follow, the pieces dont always go together properly and this results in a shoddy looking finish. Also, all of the wires for the lights are NOT long enough. I am not able to light it up because if this, and this is after measuring all the placements of lights and fittings etc. This seems to be the normal for this brand of kit and after completing 14 different kits now I have decided I will not be buying any more. They looks pretty but very poor instructions and unobtainable finish. Wouldn't recommend.
