What Is a Basal Body Temperature (BBT) ?
Basal temperature is the lowest normal body temperature of a person immediately upon awakening in the morning - BEFORE you get up, move around, eat, drink, smoke, talk - if possible, while you are still "half asleep".
The best reading of your basal temperature can be taken at the same time every morning when you first awake.

Got this because all the other ones had jacked up their prices. This was 6 quid.Arrived in plenty of time although the battery was flat. A spare with it would have been nice.(Lost a star because of the flat battery)Sits under the tongue fine.

When I first received this product it initially took up to four attempts to record my temperature (one that suggests I am actually alive). I have since had a week of accurate temperatures but am now apparently back to having a temperature of 15C.This product does not work and I would not trust its accuracy!

Semplicemente perfetto, misura la temperatura al centesimo. Mia moglie è molto soddisfatta. Arrivato nei tempi giusti è facile da usare e la confezione contiene un foglio per poter registrare le varie temperature.

No guarda la ultima temperatura muestra 36'50 siempre , evidentemente lo lleva guardado de fabrica deliberadamente . me parece una estafa , si no tiene memoria que lo indiquen y fiesta ,pero que no engañen
Fa quello che deve senza troppe pretese
Rapporto qualità prezzo buono; troppo veloce la misurazione e si perde qualche decimo di grado: consiglio di metterlo qualche minuto prima e poi accenderlo.Con il senno di poi ne sceglierei uno retroilluminato altrimenti al buio non si legge nulla. Tiene in memoria l'ultimo valore misurato, basta tenere premuto il pulsante per qualche secondo quando lo si riaccende.
