Finnally an excellent testing machine that speaks to you, No need to input codes or you have to stand on one leg to make it work.i had been using all the machines out there as i found them getting smaller and smaller and smaller . They are now in the bin as .this is just half the size of a cigarette packet/ and so easy to use . Recently whilst in moorfields hospital i used it in front of my doctor who ordered 20 for his patients and thought it is a fantastic invention not a gimmick like the previous reviewer misformed customers who need something like this as more and more people have problems with there vision. i compare this to the old days when you needed an A - Z map to get around. now we have SAT NAVS . GOD BLESS THE INVENTOR OF THIS MACHINE.

Had to leave a review on this product. I am not diabetic but have reached the age where I think it’s wise to keep an eye on my blood sugar occasionally. The whole kit is amazing, the whole thing feels well made. It comes with everything you need including a nice pouch to keep everything safe and together. The instruction manual is well written and very easy to understand. The monitor itself is brilliant and so easy to use, it has a clear English (not computerised or with an accent) voice which for someone with poor eye sight would be invaluable. I would recommend this monitor, I’m sure it’s just as good as any monitor which might cost triple the price!

Being partially sighted, I rely on "talking" blood glucose meters to help with diabetic control. I was forced to buy the GlucoRx Nexus meter after the test strips for my then meter ceased production. Since using the Nexus meter I have been impressed by both the ease of use and the very fast readings. I would definitely recommend this product where voice reporting is essential for the User.
