I got the exact size for my waist and the pants were too big, i bought another pair, a size smaller and they fit perfectly. I gave my other pants to my brother he is bigger and the original pants fit him. So to be safe, get one size smaller than you normally would.

The trousers are nothing like the picture. The waist size is correct so are the leg measurements. But you need fat legs and a big stomach to take the slack up. The model is a slim person. Buyer beware.

I found them at Bolo. These fit very good and look like dress slacks.
