The ladders arrived really well packed and in excellent condition. They were easy to put together and offer lots of different variations for use. The ladders themselves are extremely light, which makes them very convenient. I also want to highlight that the customer service was absolutely above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these ladders or buy from this company again.

The only reason I have given this 4 stars is due to the fact the safety rail does not line up with the connectors once the four supports struts are in place. If you put the safety rail on first then put the four supports to connect and make it safer, there is one that will not fit into the receptacle so there is a design fault either generally - or we are just unlucky.On saying all of that it is still safe to use if you connect the 4 support rails first then leave the safety rail until last but not fully connected because it’s not possible to do so.It’s very straightforward to put together and with the wheels easy to move with the platform attached. We bought to do our stairs, but can see we will use it a lot in the garden and around the house.Would recommend.

My multipurpose ladder arrived on time and upon opening the box I discovered that there were some minor dents in the aluminium extrusion but not enough to warrant a complaint or a return. I think the package had been subject to some rough handling as the securing cable ties had snapped and all the accessories were loose in the box including the assembly nuts and bolts. However they were all present and after looking at the assembly instructions I was able to put it together in about ten minutes. One person can assemble this item but it would be much easier with two. I used mine to help reach a window that was in a stair well, I replaced the black rubber seals around the glass. The stairs were too narrow for the wide ‘feet’ that came with the ladders, so I didn’t use them. I only used two of the side support struts because of limited space, I was unable to use the top rail because of the differing height of the ladders on the stairs and yet it was still very stable and sturdy. If you view the pictures you can see how I set it up.After use I stored everything back in the delivery box and secured it with two ‘Ratchet Tie Down Straps’. It will go in my garage until I need it again. This item has been very useful, it is strong and very well made, I am very pleased with it and thoroughly recommend it. Thank you!

Written instructions included are useless and of little help. Its not difficult to erect but use the marketing photos on Bolo are far more clear. In reality probably unlikely to use with all its functions as I suspect most just want a stable platform. Note that decking cannot be raised higher than the third rung as in the pictures.Overall its worth the money and I would recommend just check the height you need to access before purchase and keep a mind where you would store it after use.
Buon prodotto non tanto chiare le istruzioni
I supporti sono in allumio: veramente leggeri ma non significa poco robusti, la parte più pesante è la tavola del ponteggio che è veramente ben fatta. L'ho usata per arrivare nella parte alta della copertura di una scala esterna che devo pitturare per cui ho posizionato i due supporti in alluminio uno più in alto ed uno più in basso mettendo il ponteggio da un lato sul primo gradino e dall'altro sul terzo e devo dire che la stabilità è ottima. Peso circa 73 kg e mi ha retto senza problemi o barcollamenti. L'unica cosa che mi ha fatto perdere tempo è stato il montaggio, in particolare l'aggancio dei 4 supporti rigidi da ciascuna scala al poteggio. Nella parte più importante le istruzioni sono pressoché inesistenti. Piano piano, e grazie ad un'altra recensione pubblicata, ho capito che ci sono due fori (presenti solo su una delle due scale in alluminio che fungono da laterali al ponteggio) che traggono in inganno perché non servono per il ponteggio ma per quando monti la scala in altro modo! I supporti neri che hanno un ulteriore gancio in alluminio da una estremità vanno attaccati tutti allo stesso modo: la parte nera singola agganciata sotto il ponteggio l'altra, quella doppia, inserita nell'apposito foro laterale al singolo scalino creando un angolo di 45 gradi (sarà la lunghezza stessa del supporto a guidarti) invece la parte in alluminio del supporto non bisogna incastrarla in nessun posto basta solo passarla dal lato esterno verso l'intero del montante della scala. Spero di essere stato il più chiaro possibile. Le altre modalità non le ho ancora usate perché l'ho acquistata solo per il ponteggio ma comunque sembra davvero un buon prodotto e robusto.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix
Colis reçu bien emballé mais malgré ça des rayures étaient présentes mais bon c'est de l'aluminium donc pas étonnant. Échelle simple a monté par contre en serrant les écrous dès que ça commence à forcer inutile de serrer plus fort car les tubes d'alu vont se déformer sinon. Pour le rangement de l'échelle une fois les pieds installés au moment d'emboîter les 2 partie ça rentre mais faut forcer un peu c'est à cause des pieds qui se chevauchent légèrement mais ensuite ça bouge plus et idem pour les déboîter il faut juste pousser vers le haut en forçant un peut et ça se déclipse. Pour le mode échafaudage il faut faire le montage en mettant une partie de l'échelle au sol, installer la plaque en bois et mettre les 2 fixations ensuite le relever et mettre la seconde partie mais la mise en place des 2 dernières fixations de la plaque vont être très dur à mettre en place et il faut de l'huile de coude et de la patience, la barre de renfort est a installer en dernier visser mais sans trop serrer comme pour le reste l'échafaudage est solide mais c'est pas un trampoline et ça supporte 150kg max petite précision pour monter l'échelle à sa hauteur max il faut démonter le pied avec les roulettes
