This is a good low calorie/sugar alternative to icing sugar. I diabetic but I still enjoy baking and this allows me to create icing etc and not spike my blood sugars. It comes in a 1 kg resealable bag and you use it just as you would icing sugar. It is easy to use and blends well and I don’t feel the need to sift it before I use it as I would with icing sugar so that’s a bonus. There is a bit of an aftertaste with this, which is common with most sweetners, so it can be a bit of trial and error to get it so it is not quite so strong. For example when I made some lemon icing I used a but more lemon juice as that made that flavour more predominant. I think if you have used sweetners before you will get what I mean and this is no different than most. I will definitely get it again though as I can make it work for me, it is easy to use and the price is quite reasonable.

I am so pleased with this stuff! I have been searching for ages to find a sugar substitute that I can make meringues with and this is it! It works perfectly and just like normal icing sugar. I have used some for making icing as well and that worked brilliantly too. There is no unpleasant aftertaste either.

Great sweetener, I used it to bake almond cookies and these turned out to great. Well packaged, with long enough expiry date, the price could be a little bit more affordable, but overall I'm very pleased with it

Pour ma part, je n'en suis pas gênée, au contraire, puisque je l'utilise pour faire du thé glacé à la menthe. Je mettrai mon commentaire à jour à l'automne, quand je passerai à mon thé hivernal goût russe et donc sans menthe.Sachet peu pratique, je fais un transfert dans une boîte hermétique pour éviter l'humidité et les grumeaux qui fondent plus difficilement. Mériterait un autre emballage...
