Unfortunately, I am a little disappointed when I opened the box to see my new purchase. First, the left and right feet have two very distinct different colourings (one is lighter than the other). Secondly, I ordered a size 6 and received a 6.5, therefore, they are a little too big and are not the snug fit I was after. However, after all is said and done, I will keep them as I did get them for an amazing price (£72) on Bolo warehouse)

i see a lot of reviews about these uggs saying they are fake, i have not the first clue if they are fake but i don’t really care, they fit snug, i’m a 6 and bought a 5. i love how cosy and comfy they are on my sore feet and i can’t wait until the colder weather comes to wear them. i did have to use a good shoehorn to get them on

No contact seller option to discuss this issue and it simply took me to a full refund when I attempted to describe the poor quality - I wanted a perfect replacement pair.This pair I received have been tried on by someone b4 as seen on both inside ankles with the creases and unfortunately the right boot has been stitched incorrectly and should have failed any/all quality checks - not a great experience and now, my only option is to buy the for £29 more.Not a great place to be sadly.
