Came well packaged and arrived undamaged. Lovely flour and milled to perfection. Makes wonderful bread with a nice flavour. I use a bread maker and this produces a better loaf than some other wholemeal flours I have used. It also makes a brilliant fruit loaf when using the recipe in the machine handbook. Would recommend you try it and see. Going to buy Marriage's white bread flour next. The down side is the effect it has on the waistline if you make a pig of yourself.😂

I have been making bread with organic, stoneground wholemeal flour, for at least 20 years. When my local wholefood shop had problems stocking decent flour, i began getting it online. I have tried many different brands, this stands head and shoulders above all of them!

I live on this bread. It is the best wholemeal flour I have come across. Full of flavour and lovely aroma. It is best on the day, as all true wholemeal bread tends to get a bit dry after a couple of days. Even so, it keeps very well stored at room temperature without going off, although it is best to freeze it as on the third day it has lost quite a bit of moisture.

The flour seems good but I have just over 3 months to use 5 bags! The bag of strong flour I bought at Tesco a few weeks ago still has 10 months Best Before date. A shame because this should never happen to a customer when buying in bulk.
