I chose this product because I have an issue with swallowing tablets and the other lactase pills I looked at from other sellers were too big. After scrolling through all the comments and seeing other products described as 'chalky and difficult to swallow' I went with these despite getting fewer for your money. Worth it. You can see in the product picture that they're small - about the diameter of a pencil top rubber - and you can break them in half if you don't need the full dose (which is so high you can take one tablet and not have to worry about taking another during your meal). Trust me when I say I struggle swallowing pills - but I haven't had a problem with these at all.You take one small, easy to swallow tablet with your meal, and you're done. They actually work! I felt so surprised and, quite frankly, weird, when I ate a whole pizza and suffered no ill consequences. I've had another few meals containing a lot of dairy since then, and it's amazing. I'm no longer stuck with the two non-pizza options when I go with my partner to his favourite pizza place, and if I want ice cream or cheesecake I can have it.The packaging is really nice - I love the tin. There's a lot of packaging when first opening it up, and the only major downside is that, very unhelpfully, the leaflet that comes with it is in German. Luckily I had a friend who could read it for me, but there's also a lactojoy website, which is in English, and has all the information you need on it (just google 'lactojoy'). You take these pills with your first mouthful.I'm pleasantly surprised with how well the tablets work, and think that the easiness of use (easy to carry, easy to swallow) and the fact the dose is high enough to not have to worry about doing maths to make sure you've had enough tablets makes these worth choosing over other products.

took on holiday as you never know when milk is snuck in or used to pad food out and these were miracle tablets for me. i love how they are small and transportable, and if i started feeling nautious after talking one i would take another and that would go away. After eating ice-cream with one tablet, i still got bloated but all other usual symtoms were gone. I used Milkaid previously and had to take 6 tablets everytime i was going to eat a meal. One of these are more effective, smaller and more discrete. will always carry a tin now.

I ran out of my usual lactase enzymes and decided to try these on a whim. A little pricier than what I usually buy but I liked that they came in a more portable case as the other ones were in an oversized plastic bottle and were very awkward to take with me when going out to eat. As soon as they arrived I treated myself to a bowl of ice-cream and suffered no symptoms whatsoever. I might continue using the cheaper ones at home but these are definitely going to be on my person every time I leave the house from now on.

I have a mild lactose intolerance and these have changed the way I enjoy foods. After trying these for the first time, I was able to eat foods with high amounts of dairy (such as ice cream) without any of my usual issues.The dosage isn't quite clear and it took a bit of trial and error to work out how much I'd need depending on the meal, but now that I have this worked out, they're great.I would recommend anyone with lactose intolerance to at least give these a try.

One of the best tablets ive tried.Its difficult to know how many tablets or how many Alu you need to get to eat an icecream, a glass of milk, or a slice of bread with butter. I was there myself.Tried many brands and this is one of my 2 brands to go. You take one and you can have a meal without being worried if you are gonna end up in the toilet in 5 minutes or not.It gave me peace of mind. Tried cheaper ones anthey do not work as good as this one.One of the advantages is that you dont need to wait for it to work, you chew it and eat. Other tablet have this chalk consistency and taste quite awful, not this one!Also you can have more than 1 a day, so you could go on holidays and every meal just take one and you are super safe. Tried them on an all inclusive holiday where you know theres dairy everywhere, had 0 issues.

These do help with digesting milk products. They improve symptoms. They don't leave me symptom-free, but they definitely help & are worth taking. It is hard to get just one tablet out of the tin. I always end up having to put the extra pills that fall out back in.

My husband has been desperate to eat in his favourite pizza restaurant, so I thought I'd really try these out - kill or cure! The pill is took before I are mozzarella did nothing - the pain from the bloating was horrid. So I took another one and, unbelievably, it worked in under 10 minutes. Everything calmed right down and I didn't even feel terrible the next day, as I would normally. I really hate being the picky one when going out, so while I will still not choose to eat dairy if i can avoid it, I feel I can be rescued if I do. It is a fab product, so I really don't mind the cost.

Fácil de llevar y con pastillero metálico incluido, además una sola pastilla lleva mucha lactasa.

Por lo que estas son muchísimo más cómodas. Llevan muchísima lactasa en una sola pastilla.3-Con una sola cajita tengo para cubrir las necesidades de todo un mes.Por todo ello este producto me ha parecido muy práctico, que cubre todas mis necesidades sin tener "que estar calculando en mi mente qué cantidad de lactasa voy a necesitar con cada cantidad de alimento que ingiero" como hacia antes, que para una porción de pastel, tenía que tomar tres o cuatro pastillas. Ahora con una me sobra, y si voy a seguir ingiriendo lactosa en la misma comida en gran cantidad, pues me tomo dos, algo que casi nunca ocurre.Consejo: Tomar las pastillas unos diez-quince minutos antes de comer, hará que se asiente mejor en el estómago y se digiera antes, para que cuando caiga la lactosa al organismo, éste preparado y no ocurran las molestias. Si se ingieren a la misma vez que la comida, puede que no se deshagan a la misma vez y ocurran las molestias. Si hay duda entre tomar una o dos, por la cantidad de lactosa a tomar, mejor tomar dos pastillas, pero esto es para una grandísima cantidad.Lo mejor es no pasarse de tomar un par de pastillas para no tener molestias, porque por exceso de lactasa, he llegado ha tener algunos gases. Y no tomar estas pastillas todos los días, solo en aquellos que no nos quede más remedio que tomarla, como acudir a fiestas, o tomar algo que nos apetece, pero no por costumbre.Por lo demás, un producto calidad precio de 10!!!! Son mis pastillas favoritas para solventar el problema de la lactosa, que hacen que pueda comer aquello que sin ellas no podría, por ello ya llevo mucho tiempo tomándolas sin problema y por ello puedo ir a cualquier lugar a comer. Las recomiendo!

Funktioniert sehr gut; ich komme prima mit den Tabletten zurecht! Ich habe auch immer mehrere halbierte Tabletten mit in der Dose, denn bei der hohen Dosierung benötige ich nicht immer eine ganze...Zusätzlich liebe ich die Dose. Eine wirklich sehr gelungene Verpackung - praktisch und schön! Da macht es mir auch nichts aus, wenn ich in der Öffentlichkeit meine Tabletten nehmen muss. Und das Format passt nötigenfalls auch in die Hosentasche.

Le pastiglie da 14.500 CFU funzionano in modo eccellente, senza mai causare brutte sorprese.Un aspetto che ho particolarmente apprezzato è l'assenza di sapore: non lasciano alcun retrogusto, al contrario di altre marche che spesso lasciano in bocca fastidiosi sapori di vaniglia o dolciastri. Questo rende l'esperienza d'uso molto più gradevole.Queste pastiglie si distinguono per la loro confezione metallica, una scelta decisamente pratica e superiore rispetto ad altri brand. La scatolina è compatta e resistente, perfetta da tenere sempre a portata di mano. Occupa pochissimo spazio, meno di un paio di chiavi, e si infila comodamente in tasca senza dare fastidio, rendendola ideale per chi è spesso in movimento.Mi trovo molto bene con questo brand e ricomprerò sicuramente.Consiglio vivamente e faccio i complimenti
