Chain broke after a couple of wears. Snapped and is now unable to be worn again. Disappointed with the product quality and when I took it in to a Swarovski store they said it was nothing to do with them. I am looking for a full refund or a new product to be sent out.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for a good friend.It's very sparkly and looks lovely when it catches the light.It's quite small and delicate, but that's not a bad thing.She's very pleased with it.

It came in the lovely box and looked fantastic. I was so pleased that it's everything I hoped for. I've only had it a couple of days, but I'm very happy.

This is a beautiful bracelet. Easy to wear. Adds bling to the wrist and generates a lot of compliments. Returned because I didn't have enough occasion to wear it. I also swim daily and didn't want to lose it in the pool. It is great quality and the crystals really sparkle.
