I only require this for very light duty work, hence the reason for not buying a Dremal.Appears to work fine on my first small project and I'm hopeful that this will continue.Comes with a good selection of tools which will cover anything I need, the addition of a stand and Flexi drive are a bonus.Only issue and the reason for losing a star, the case is not great with no actual secure location for the actual tool and as a result my case was already damaged on delivery.

Only had it a day but it worked fine, especially the extension I bought it for. Parts are quick and easy to unterchange and although it's not as fast as my actual dremel it was adequate. I even managed to get all the bits back in the carry box when I was done.

Overall, good product that comes in a convenient box, but...The flexi shaft is pretty low quality - the piece where you lock the attachment started wobbling in and out after small use. I managed to fix it by disassmbling and using some extra material to fit it tighter. Also the shaft vibrates in its whole length while in use and I'm not sure if it's normal or a sign of a soon failure.Although it comes with some attachments, the tool box doesn't have any good storage for them - just a small flimsy plastic box. Usable, but inconvenient.

I have to say that this is much better than I was expecting for the price. It is very smooth and relatively quiet in operation.The only problem I had was trying to use the flexible drive. I couldn't figure out how to tighten the chuck around the bit I was using. I then realised that the thing-that-looked-like-an-Allen-key, was, in fact, the peg to be used to hold the chuck while tightening it up.A brief instruction would have saved me several minutes of frustration and head-against-the-wall banging!Overall though, well worth the money.
