I’ve been using it daily, and it’s been incredibly effective in helping with lymphatic drainage and smoothing out the area. The gentle rolling motion feels soothing yet firm enough to make a difference.

The media could not be loaded. Love the colour & the shape. Visually, unlike some similar type products, this can be kept in the open without the risk of it being mistaken for a ... toy. For the price, it is a little gem. Doesn't need batteries or electric & fits easily into a handbag or back-pack. It is easy to use, simply hold the top & roll the blue ball section on tense muscles to increase blood flow to the area & relieve pain. The grip section is quite small & as it is round, it can be tricky to hold on to for anyone with arthritis in their wrists or fingers. It makes self massage quite difficult for the same reason - Areas of the neck & shoulders can be difficult to reach. If there is somebody about to help with getting to the hard to reach areas, then it would be 5 stars. Reviews are subjective though - The information given implies it is suitable for self massage. It is, but people who suffer with sore joints & muscles (target customers) often have chronic conditions which affect their grip strength & dexterity. It would be useful for anyone with a chronic condition to consider whether this item is the best option for self massage in light of any personal limitations. That said, it's handy to have around & makes it easier to massage someone's shoulders & neck etc without tiring quickly.

The roller massage ball works very well with or without massage oil. I prefer to use massage oil when I use it. However, you need to make sure that you wash it after using massage oil. It washes well. I was very pleased with it

I was unsure if to get this as there seemed to be conflicting reviews but as it was a good price, decided to risk it. Am suffering with chronic rotator cuff tendonitis after shoulder surgery last year and post op build up of scar tissue causing residual stiffness and pain 9 months on. As well as regular physio, daily exercises and professional massage sessions, (all advised by my care team) I needed something I could now safely use myself in between sessions, to knead the area and give pain relief.Not having much strength, I was pleased to find that this is very easy to use for me and does give relief. It is very comfortable for me to hold and much easier on my partner too who no longer ends up with sore fingers trying to get the shoulder knots out for me. You can apply as much or as little or no pressure as is appropriate for your own circumstances. Easy to carry with you (as are the therabands I use) and doesn't clutter up the home as is very small. As others have said, it is actually quite pretty colouring/design too: Really could pass as a paperweight! I use mine over light clothing, as I prefer the effect, so I don't experience any of the skin catching some others have commented on. All in all, if your condition is ready for this sort of massage effect or you just fancy it as a relaxing device in the absence of injury, I think it's a pretty neat device. Dispatched very quickly too and well packaged.

This is a super little ball massager you control it all the time regarding the pressure you need. Very pleased with it please know it is entirely portable- no batteries or mains power needed.

This thing works great on massaging tense knots out of muscles. Rolls perfectly and has a hole you can add massaging oil/ cream in to apply while rolling. Great value and def helps with sore muscle pain relief.

La calidad y el material del producto es .... vamos a decir estándar porque no es mala tampoco. Lejos de ser ergonómica, veo muy plausible una epitrocleítis a medio - largo plazo si se usa mucho , ya que, si ejerces peso sobre ella para tratar a alguien, tu propia palma no va a sostener el agarre. necesitarás usar los dedos y aplicando peso..... se nota fatiga de narices en los mismos.
