It's slightly thick which makes it ideal for doing yoga in my flat on a regular hard floor. It's the perfect length considering my height. Definitely worth it! :)

Ok so this is a really nice mat for doing activities on a hard wood floor. I am aware it's not a proper yoga mat but because I do yoga on hard flooring I wanted something cushioned. For myself it's been pretty reliable I like the colour it's almost metallic and I like the thickness and softness of it, makes my workouts much easier and enjoyable.However, I bought my mum this mat also and hers has began tearing? Its not really tearing but it's the best way to describe it it's all still in one piece but you can see it weakening and stretching particularly where her toes are. So maybe it's not super durable for all or she's just heavy footed? I really couldn't say. Also it does stretch and slip under you the grip isn't fantastic on the floor but when I say that I don't mean it dramatically it's just every now and then slight movements. Such as when in downward dog and your arms and feet are pulling the mat in opposite directions.Overall it's a good mat but i wouldn't consider it to be a very long term mat maybe a few months.

A lovely soft mat which I use for my pilates class

Bought for my wife who has started Yoga classes. At face value, a good looking mat that is not excessively thick, however my wife had difficulty maintaining balance on one leg during exercises. Her instructor said she needed a thinner and firmer mat as this mat allowed for too much lateral foot movement.In all other aspects probably good for all other exercise positions.

Cumple las expectativas
De momento todo perfecto. La uso para hacer pilates y va muy bien. Como la he usado poco tiempo, no sé el resultado / calidad / durabilidad que pueda tener a largo plazo. El único pero que le pondría es que al permanecer enrollada, coge forma y no queda totalmente plana cuando se desenrolla. La solución para que esto no ocurra es tenerla enrollada en sentido contrario, durante un rato antes de utilizarla.
