    Bought these for a quick and tasty pre run energy snack. Will use them before evening runs after work as taking caffine stuff later isn't the best and they don't taste great either. Tried these bars as soon as they arrived, had one then another straight after as they are good flapjacks. Only caution is they are small at only 30 grams but I knew this before hand and like I said it's only a pre run or race snack to get some carby energy in.

    Very tasty. Love that this flavour doesn't contain added sugar, sunflower oil or artificial flavouring. My only wish is that they were organic, especially the oats, as non-organic oats are desiccated with glyphosate immediately before harvest so I usually only eat organic oats and grains.
