I warmed the old one & used it to ease dry eyes - which it did. This new one I got after having cataract surgery that left my eye inflamed & I’m using as a cold compress after two or three days my eye felt easier & now 10 days on I’m just using it once a day until I get the post op assessment. Follow the instructions exactly, to the minute & they work so well.

Have found this product invaluable. Really helps with Blepharitis. Enables me to massage the oils in my eyes afterwards. Fits nicely around the eyes, and has velcro so can be adjusted to fit. Much more comfortable than my previous product. Pretty much could sleep with this on. Product stays nice and warm when microwaved. Would definitely recommend.

I suffer from dry eyes, my eyelids can become swollen and itch and burn. I'm prone to clogged eyelid glands and I always feel tired with how bad my eyes feel. I didn't want it to cause anymore cysts, styes or an ulcer again if my eyelids stay bad.So I tried this heated mask and it's been amazing. I use it for 10mins if my eyes feel dry, swollen, burning or itchy. Sometimes if I've had a bad sleep or cried a lot I'll use it. And it helps every single time! My eyes feel moisturised and it stops the burning and itching feeling in my eyes. After using it for a few days it helps keep the swelling down too. I follow it up with the eyelid gel from the same brand and some dry eye drops. They always make my eyes feel like they've been at the spa. It's just instant relief and I no longer have to worry about my eyes getting worse.It does stay pretty hot for 10 mins, but after that it will be just warm. Which is fine since I only need the 10 mins. The beads cover the eyes completely and feels soothing. My only complaint would be having to heat it in the microwave. It's convenient and works yes, but there is a problem when I have to heat it in the microwave after someone's heated up food such as fish... It absolutely stinks. Sometimes even if the microwave still smells of food I'll heat up the mask still, but when I'm using the mask I can smell the food on the mask which obviously isn't very nice. Just something to think about when it comes to microwavable masks. It works great, but it sucks in the smell somewhat.

Advised by my optician, and she was right! This mask has helped immensely with my dry eye discomfort. It is so easy to use, comfortable and soothing and has lasting results. I don’t use the strap, just heat up in microwave as directed and lean back and relax. If you shuggle the mask after about 5 minutes you can redistribute some residual heat too. Fully recommended product.

I have only been using this mask for a few days but it has already made a huge difference. It only takes less than a minute to warm up in the microwave and has an adjustable velcro strap. For any one who has Dry Eyes its worth a try.

This product is comfortable, nice touch with the velcro, adjustable head band and washable cover, but it most definitely does not retain heat for 30 minutes. Unless mine is faulty, that is absolute hogwash. As with the organic linseed-filled heat mask with a silk side and a brushed cotton side, by the time ten minutes was up it was less than tepid. I'd rather have bought the natural flaxseed mask that is lovely to use and smells great, than synthetic stuff on what I think was a lie - keeps it heat for 30 minutes. Rot. If you prefer synthetic then fine. I don't.

Se calienta bien pero si sigues las instrucciones no llega a quemar. Se queda caliente un ratito y es muy agradable. Para aquellas personas con blefaritis y MGD estupenda compra.

Sehr angenehme Brille, welche die Augen beruhigt,die Befeuchtung und Fettproduktion anregt. Trage Kontaktlinsen und da sind die Augen doch manchmal trocken. Erwärmen in der Mikrowelle ist problemlos.
