Great transition from breastfeeding!
This sippy cup was a great transitional cup for my son who was strictly a breastfed baby. He took to this extremely well and quite easily. You'll have to coordinate with your child with their first time uses because since it is a free flow sippy that it can rush through the spout. Of course, I find this a good lesson for children to practice control when they start using regular cups as they grow older. Otherwise, perfect cup!

I think sippy cups some kids like some, and hate others. This cup I don’t care for because the lid can pop off easy. I think the twist off caps are better by this brand. These are good for starter cups, put not travel. Had 2 pop open in diaper bags
free flowing - just what I was looking for
These are just what I was looking for my baby who is excited to hold and use a sippy cup. I wanted something that was free flowing, because what new skill is she learning by sucking the liquid out of a bottle-like spout? With these cups, she knows to hold onto the handles with both hands and tip upward, just like she will need to know when the day comes that she transitions to a real cup. I'm quite pleased with these. Of course, since they are free flowing, liquid does drip out of she throws them or dumps them upside down. We are only using them for water, so it's not a big deal at this time.
