Holy crap this shake tastes bad!Im glad i only drank a tadIm not known to be a fussy ladBut i wouldnt give this stuff to my dad!When i think of my poor wasted moneyI try to laugh and pretend its funnyI even tried to add some honeyAnd banana but it still taste scummy!Boy oh boy its the worst ive triedWhen i took a sip i nearly criedI felt sick as hell yet i survivedBut the after taste made me wish id died!Dog poo, cat dirt, all taste betterIm in two minds to write a letterTo the queen or maybe the evening paperOr call the police about this caperTrust me folks theres nothing worseThan this gross junk - its so perverseThats why ive sat to write this verseTo help you dodge this protien curse.Jests aside, its not that bad. Still better than whey in my opinion.. At least its healthy and doesnt make one feel like hurling ones guts into the nearest dust bin.I would say there are many better ones available though. I like a certain cinnamon one that has a picture of a monkey on the packet (i dont think we are allowed to mention other products on reviews??).P.s look at my review photo! I was apprehensive when I bought this about whether the flavour and texture would be bearable. But, in fact, I find it easy to drink. So far, I have just blended it with nut milk and either banana or cocoa powder (or both), and the taste has been fine. I use a Nutri-blender. I don't know how easily it would mix just by shaking, but possibily that would be fine too.I was pleased by how long it kept me feeling full.I can't tell yet how positive an effect it will have on me, because I've only used it for a few days. I'm hoping it will make it easier for me to do the following:-- Get enough protein as a near-vegetarian-- Avoid relying on dairy for protein, and therefore reduce or eliminate dairy-- Drink more fluids at breakfast time (I'm using it as a liquid breakfast)

I like the ethos and the fact this product is plant based. If your lactose sensitive this may be a good option for you. However honestly I'm struggling with the taste, it's just not pleasant to me. I've tried a few ways of improving and mixing and I'm definitely zoning in on a smoothie recipe that's OK, and I will stick with it and finish the bag. Maybe by then I will have found a recipe I don't feel I've gotta just chug down to get it over with. Wanted to like it, and didn't expect it to taste delicious as is, but it's worse than I expected. If I find a recipe that works well ill update, as I'll see out the bag and see how it goes as this review is bias on taste and not performance as that take more time to judge.Update I bought again. Honestly if your gonna try shaking this up with water or almond milk it's gonna tasteLike muddy pond water, thats got frog dodoo and possibly leeches n stuff, its pretty tough to get on with. However throw in a banana some fruit juice, maybe some frozen berries or go down the coco powder coconut milk, peanut butter etcetrra and blitz it up and you have a perfectly acceptable and tastey smoothie wihout the lactose and In an organic plant based protien format. Its definitely made me get more creative with my smoothies but honestly Im actually thankful for the motivation as theyre now more wholesome more complete and tastier, winner. If your looking for a scoop n shake easy protien take this possibly isnt it, otherwise I'd recommend giving it a go.

Update: So this morning I used the protein powder for the first time. I made a smoothie with bananas, berries and fresh coconut milk. It was truly awful. The taste of the powder was so overpowering I couldn’t taste the banana or berries at all. But the worst thing is the texture! It was so gritty. Every mouthful left a horrible sandy residue in my mouth. I blended it in a nutribullet too so it was well mixed. I really wanted to like this powder after reading the positive reviews - it makes me wonder if all the reviews are genuine as I can’t imagine anyone wants to drink this gritty sandy texture every day. I will be returning this for a refund which is very inconvenient as I shop online to avoid having to go to shops or the post office where there are inevitable lots of people and queues, due to anxiety caused by me and my son having Autism.Original review:I am yet to start using this but first impressions aren’t great! The corner of the paper bag it comes in was worn and had a hole in so when I put it down on the top lots puffed out. I’ve taped it shut as don’t have the time or energy to return it with 2 young children to run around after. Will update this review after I’ve been using the product for a few weeks but as £26 a bag I’d expect the packaging to be intact and secure.

La qualité est là. Les meilleures protéines végétales pour moi. J'y reviens toujours. Je les conseille vivement!

Un producto bien elaborado

Pocas veces me parece relevante compartir mi opinión acerca de un producto que compro; Sin embargo, esta vez es diferente. "Organic Plant Protein Blend" de "Body Me" es una proteína natural que complementa la nutrición diaria con sus componentes vegetales proteicos. Además, no contiene azúcar, gluten, soya ni lactosa; lo cual es importante para quien quiere no consumir añadidos procesados.Es mi opinión, que el producto tiene un buen sabor (es prácticamente insípido, pero su poco sabor es vegetal/natural, lo cual lo hace gustoso). El packaging es genial en términos visuales -bien diseñado, desglosa los contenidos y el valor nutricional-, y como si fuese poco, está hecho con papel cartón, lo cual lo hace "eco-friendly".En resumen, gran producto; packaging y aporte nutricional ético, saludable y sabroso.

I am going to start off by saying that I refrain from eating anything, on a regular basis, with added sugar and was, therefore, looking for a protein powder without any added sweetener. I stumbled upon this one and decided to give it a try.Long story short - I absolutely love this protein powder! It's perfect! I usually have it in a shake with oats, oat mylk, strawberries and / or frozen berries. I haven't had it on it's on yet so I can't speak of that but can say that, at least when mixed with other things, it blends very well and its taste is in no way overpowering, but rather pleasant.I think a lot of bad reviews on here are probably from people who eat foods that contain added sugar on a regular basis and then of course this one is not going to be up your alley. ;)I'll definitely by it again - really fabulous product! :)

Se fai palestra focalizzata alla crescita muscolare o semplicemente stai invecchiando e vuoi diminuire glie effetti della sarcopenia questo prodotto di proteine vegane può essere una ottima scelta per una facile integrazioneÈ ormai da 3 anni che uso questo prodotto, ne ho provati tanti in precedenza e mi sono fermato con questo che é risultato essere il migliore.Le proteine sono tutte vegane, estratte de prodotti biologici (riso integrale, piselli, semi di canapa) e sono ad altissima digeribilità: ho provato diverse proteine derivate dal latte e per me era praticamente impossibile digerirle, oltre al fatto che possono avere effetti secondari dannosi per l'organismo.In queste proteine trovate TUTI i 9 amminoacidi essenziali, grazie ai quali il corpo può costruire anche gli 11 non essenziali: questo vuol dire che anche mangiate da sole forniscono al vostro corpo tutti i mattoncini necessari perché possa sintetizzare proteine e aiutarvi a far crescere (o anche solo mantenere) la vostra muscolatura.Alcuni aspetti positivi:- Alta digeribilità- Sapore naturale senza aggiunte o additivi: è un sapore nuovo quando si prova la prima volta, non è per nulla forte ne fastidioso, anzi dopo poco ci si abitua.- Derivato da prodotti Biologici (quindi coltivati senza uso di pesticidi e con tecniche rispettose della natura)- Senza zuccheri aggiunti: se prendete le versioni con sapore avranno zuccheri aggiunti (completamente inutili, anzi nocivi), ma questa versione é pura proteina- Ottimo rapporto qualitá/prezzoCome si prendono:Il sapore cosi com'è non è male ma non è eccezionale ne piacevole, io quindi di solito le mischio con:- 50% succo di frutta (mango o frutti rossi senza zuccheri aggiunti) e 50% acqua- Latte di riso/avena e cacao puro (cacao in polvere puro, senza additivi ne zuccheri aggiunti)- Latte di riso/avena e cafféQuando invece faccio sport di resistenza (come la corsa o il trail o la MTB per esempio) aggiungo anche dei biscotti integrali spezzettati (nelle versioni con latte di riso/avena) e cosí integrate forniscono anche carboidrati insieme alle proteine, con pochi zuccheri (dipende dai biscotti) e a zero grassi.Io poi aggiungo anche del collageno idrolizzato per il mantenimento delle articolazioni, ci sono in commercio versioni in polvere con edulcorante che si sposano benissimo a livello di gusto e di nustrimento apportato.
