I was having severe hearing problems in my right ear for a long while due to impacted wax so decided to try this spray. The first time I used it I could feel tingling in my ear so knew it was doing something but not sure what. After the second day of using the product my hearing had not improved so though that it wasn't really doing much of anything. However after 4 days use the wax was really soft and could be easily removed. My hearing in that ear is now much improved, so although this works it does take between 4-6 days. There are probably other sprays out there that work much quicker like bicarbonate but they can be very harsh on your ears and lead to infections. Try this out instead, your ears will thank you!
