Life changers, after suffering from migraines and TMJ for years I was recommended by a nutritionist to try these. Taking two to four a day and initially felt my jaw muscle unravel. This had only ever previously been achieved by strong prescription drugs which I no longer need. I have a really good diet but still obviously not enough magnesium being eaten so these supplements have rebalanced what my body must need. Overall mood improved and without reoccurring headaches I would say I’m a much nicer person to be around. This is my second order and will make them an everyday staple.
