1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (160°C fan). 2. Grease and line a 20cm round cake tin. 3. In a large bowl, mix together 3 eggs, 150ml of vegetable oil, and 240ml of water. 4. Add the cake mix to the bowl and stir until well combined. 5. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. 7. Leave the cake to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely. 8. Once cool, decorate with your favourite icing.
