I own a number of cross hatch jackets so I'm familiar with the fit,I'd suggest if you're usually a large order the xl. This is a smart looking jacket, if you're expecting it to be waterproof I'd think again. I've worn it in light rain but i suspect it would soon soak through in a heavy downpour. The button fastenings I suspect will need attention to stop them becoming detached with prolonged use and the collar and cuff linings will bobble with time based on previous experience. The side pockets are quite woefully small but will suffice for tucking your hands into,just don't put anything you want to keep around in them as they're not really designed with that in mind. There is a reasonable inside pocket and a fairly useful zip up pocket on the breast which holds my Samsung s6 no problem and zips up to keep it secure. All in all for under 30 quid a smart good looking jacket but not one for prolonged use in bad weather. It's not all that warm either but it's good value for what it is in my opinion.

The jacket is a nice all round very comfortable and has plenty of pockets to keep items in eg phone and is waterproof and the design of it is great delivery was very good and on time

Good fit but make sure you get a size larger than you think you will need.I normally take a large but after reading other reviews about the size of this jacket I went for a XL, glad I did, it fits perfectly.A word of warning, this is NOT a winter or autumn jacket, it has no padding whatsoever, Spring or Summer, maybe Autumn it will be OK, Summer if it is a slightly cool and windy day but being black it will be hot on a hot sunny day.Appearance is slightly on the 'Plastic' side and for this price I would have expected a slightly more 'Waxed cotton' look but it fits well and looks good on so that is a minor observation.You could probably get a better one at this price at your local clothing store but I am happy enough with it even if it isn't warm enough to wear in the current rainy month of April, warm it is not despite the description.

Decent enough styling but the stitching has come away in multiple places.First I thought it a one off, now third seam has let go.Wouldn’t buy again

I ordered this jacket because it looked good and according to the description was water /weather proof. My first order was with the fashion group and I ordered an XL which is normally my size. The jacket was way too small around the chest so I had to send it back. I wrote to the fashion group telling them it was too small and I wanted to swap it out with an XXL. I put an XXL in my basket and waited for a response but got none. I then went to buy the jacket from my basket and they had sold out, so I bought elsewhere from Runway splash . I had to write to fashion group asking for my refund and they eventually responded. When the new jacket arrived from Runway splash, who I had no problems with, It was a good fit, and seemed very snazzy and good quality. Then it rained and I got it wet. It's not water proof, I watched as the drops of water hit the material then soak into the fabric after a couple of seconds. I have ordered a can of wax and I'm gonna have to water proof it properly myself. Second day wearing it a button dropped off the side waist band, third day another button dropped off the front pocket. I have now spent more time stitching on buttons than it took me to research and order it. The sleeves and the collar have elastic in to keep out the rain and wind. Problem is there is not enough elastic so the collar and sleeves are very lose and just seem to get in the way and hang down, not very elasticised. All in all, not very good quality, looks good but it's not water proof and the buttons are not sewn on properly, I shouldn't have to water proof the thing myself, nor sew the buttons on properly. I'm just waiting for the rest of the stitching to come undone. What more can I say, you pay for what you get I suppose.
